  • Comprehensive legal advice for an international NGO regarding the legalization of residence of its employees
  • Migration advisory for individual clients concerning both EU and national visa regulations, as well as residence legalization procedures in Poland, including applications for international protection
  • Cooperation in representing a client listed in the register of undesirable foreigners in Poland in domestic proceedings aimed at lifting the entry ban and legalizing residence; preparation of an application to the European Court of Human Rights after the client was denied access to classified materials forming the basis of the listing
  • Preparation of a comprehensive legal opinion identifying criminal law risks related to a real estate sale transaction involving potential creditor harm and the possibility of initiating criminal proceedings
  • Drafting applications to the European Court of Human Rights concerning tax, disciplinary, and excessive length of proceedings cases
  • Preparation of a communication to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court concerning unlawful detentions and the Border Guard’s policy toward migrants on the Polish-Belarusian border, including an extensive legal argumentation on the elements of crimes against humanity and preliminary evidence sources
