The case law of the European Court of Human Rights plays an important role in the protection of human rights and in shaping the standards of the rule of law and fair trial, serving as an important point of reference for Polish courts as well. We are therefore pleased that lawyers from our firm have been recognised in the “Polish Lawyers before the ECtHR” report prepared by Wolters Kluwer Poland.
Adv. Mikołaj Pietrzak is ranked among the Top 10 most active legal representatives before the Strasbourg Court. The report also recognises adv. Małgorzata Mączka-Pacholak, who ranks among the top ten legal representatives in the Mazowieckie region, and adv. Paweł Osik.
For many years, we have been actively involved in proceedings before the ECtHR, representing applicants throughout the entire process, including hearings before the Grand Chamber of the Court.
We would like to thank Wolters Kluwer Poland for this recognition and our Clients for their trust.
