An expert in civil and commercial law, with particular focus on damages, corporate disputes, and commercial contracts. Specializes in the law of obligations, commercial law, protection of personal rights, unfair competition, and reprivatisation. Has extensive experience as counsel in cases involving breach of commercial contracts, tort liability, and insurance, representing both individual and corporate clients. Combines legal practice with academic work and teaching.
