Trainee Advocate

Third-year trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. In daily practice, supports the firm’s clients in criminal matters, including white-collar and fiscal criminal cases, at all stages of proceedings, acting on behalf of both defendants and victims. In addition to professional work, remains active in academia as the author of peer-reviewed legal articles and a speaker at academic conferences.

  • Formulating effective motions for the discontinuation of fiscal criminal proceedings
  • Ongoing criminal law advisory for a leading television company in matters concerning the enforcement of claims arising from illegal online distribution of its content (internet piracy)

  • Member of the Criminal Law and Procedure Section of the Warsaw Bar Association
  • Active participant in academic conferences and author of numerous scholarly publications, including in Czasopismo Prawa Karnego i Nauk Penalnych and Prokuratura i Prawo
  • Third-place laureate in the 2nd National Moot Court Competition before the European Court of Human Rights, also recognized for best written submissions
