  • Protection of the interests of international real estate companies in cases involving so-called “corporate hijacking”
  • Representation of executives of an international company in a case involving judicial fraud arising from a civil dispute worth several dozen million PLN
  • Representation of a management board member of an IT company in a case concerning misappropriation of several hundred thousand PLN in public funds
