Adv. Mikolaj Pietrzak as a speaker at the “Freedom Games” conference

“Freedom Games” was an event organized on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the first free elections in Poland after the Second World War. The conference was organized by Industrial Foundation (“Fundacja Industrial”) in Łódź on 4th-8th June, 2014.

The District Court in Warsaw issued a decision in the case of General Radislav Krstic. The Serbian citizen is allowed to serve his sentence in Poland

The District Court in Warsaw adjusted the prison sentence imposed on the Serbian General by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague to Polish law. This adjustment was necessary because Polish law does not provide for punishments of 35 years of imprisonment.
