The Pietrzak Sidor & Partners Law Firm was founded in 2007 by advocate Mikołaj Pietrzak and legal advisor Artur Sidor. In 2013 advocates Kacper Florysiak, Paweł Osik and Urszula Podhalańska joined the team of partners.
Our team consists of practitioners of law who are ready to help our Clients in achieving their goals. We provide comprehensive legal services to corporate and individual Clients. We advise on making everyday business decisions, we prepare and negotiate contracts, and, if necessary, we represent our Clients in court and administrative proceedings. We seek to cultivate long-term relationships with our Clients. We believe that exhaustive knowledge of industry issues is necessary for successful outcomes, but mutual trust is critical for successful cooperation.
We have experience and expertise that allow us to be creative, open to unconventional solutions, willing to take on challenges. We strive to provide good customer service with the highest standards of professionalism.

OUR STRENGTHS
Personal approach to each Client. Although there are few unique cases, each Client is different. We appreciate and work within the boundaries of these differences—sometimes this comes down to details, sometimes it concerns basic philosophies. In each case, we listen to the Client to hear what is more or less significant.
Comprehensive service. We conduct each case we are entrusted with ourselves. However, when necessary we call on a professional network of experts including patent attorneys, tax advisors, as well as lawyers in other countries.
Flexibility and openness to new solutions. We use tried and true approaches when we can; this saves both time and money for Clients. We are, however, open to unconventional solutions when a Client’s goals require innovative legal reasoning, because we know that no two cases are identical.
Experience with Polish and foreign entities. We have worked with Clients from many countries, and we have worked in both Polish and Anglo-Saxon Law Firms. We are familiar with legal entities in France, Canada, and Luxemburg, among others.
Experience in court proceedings. We have conducted many hundred court cases. We prepare procedural documents, appear in court, advise in selecting an effective legal strategy. We always honestly present the chance of success, and implement the planned strategy together with the Client.
Experience with large business entities. The size of a business venture affects its needs, goals, and its functioning. We have experience with large entities; we are familiar with how they function and how to successfully work with them.
Practical application of the law. It is clear to us that mere knowledge of the law is not sufficient to successfully advise Clients and help them reach their goals. Often, we must choose one from among a variety of possible solutions, keeping in mind consequences and ramifications on many levels. We make such decisions with our Clients, taking a comprehensive and practical view.
Negotiation skills. Negotiations require specific skills: setting clear goals; consistency; flexibility; perseverance. We have conducted many negotiations, on issues including trade agreements, articles of association, terms of investment with foreign partners, court settlements, and many other documents.
Integrity and honesty. Clients entrust us with their most important and most sensitive problems. For this reason, we pride ourselves on our integrity and honesty. These are the principles that guide our professional activities, because we know that trust is hard won, but easily lost.
