- We possess unique experience and expertise in the field of international criminal law, encompassing in particular instruments of international (including European) cooperation, extradition proceedings, and representation before international courts such as the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
- We conduct extradition proceedings (including those based on the European Arrest Warrant, arrest warrants issued by the United Kingdom, and extradition requests), both by representing individuals sought before Polish courts and by cooperating with defence lawyers representing persons pursued abroad by Polish authorities.
- We support clients in actions initiated at the request of Polish authorities, including in the preparation and execution of measures carried out under the European Investigation Order.
- We organise and coordinate legal support in the course of international proceedings by forming teams of lawyers from the relevant jurisdictions, ensuring both a comprehensive analysis of the case and legal security in every aspect.
