Małgorzata Mączka-Pacholak
To date, her career includes internships at leading Polish Law Firms. She has also worked as a lawyer in the Strategic Litigation Programme at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in Warsaw.
She is an expert on criminal law and cases concerning the protection of human rights, including but not limited to proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Polish Constitutional Tribunal, and the United Nations Human Rights Committee.
Małgorzata Mączka-Pacholak has experience in cases concerning the protection of competition and counteracting unfair competition. She specializes in administrative proceedings. She also deals with civil liability and damages, protection of personal rights and labour law disputes.
She is fluent in English.
