- We advise on the establishment and registration of family foundations, including the preparation of their statutes and governance structures, and provide ongoing legal support for their operation.
- We are a partner of the Family Business Law Centre at the University of Warsaw and co-organise academic and business events dedicated to family businesses and family foundations.

The law firm Pietrzak Sidor & Partners was established in 2007 through the merger of the professional experience of advocate Mikołaj Pietrzak and legal advisor Artur Sidor.
